HOW DO I QUALIFY?
To qualify, someone living in the property must be receiving a means-tested benefit, have a gross annual household income below £31,000, or be affected by a health condition such as immunosuppression, heart disease, cardiovascular issues, or limited mobility. Households receiving Child Benefit may also qualify, depending on income levels outlined in the table below.

If you don't qualify for benefits, you may still be eligible under ECO Flex, which allows local authorities to set their own criteria to assist households in fuel poverty or with the health vulnerabilities specified above.
