We fit insulation boards to the outside of the property and apply a new render finish. This improves both performance and appearance, especially if your existing render is damaged or worn.
Any issues with damp or moisture are treated first. Fixtures such as aerials, pipes, and vents are carefully removed and put back once the work is complete.
You will benefit from improved insulation, better soundproofing, and long term weather protection. All installations come with a 25 year guarantee.
You may also qualify for a government grant that covers the full cost through schemes like ECO4 or the Great British Insulation Scheme.
