CAVITY WALL
Insulation in your cavity walls is one of the easiest and cheapest ways to reduce your utility bills. While houses built from the 1990s onwards will already have this, there are a lot of properties before then which will have not been insulated.

IMPROVE ENERGY EFFICIENCY
AND REDUCE HEATING COSTS
Cavity wall insulation is one of the most effective ways to reduce heat loss in your home. If your property has uninsulated cavity walls, you could be losing up to 35% of your heat through the external walls. We use ThermaBead cavity wall insulation, a high-performance, breathable material made from lightweight polystyrene beads, designed to fill the gap between your internal blockwork and external brickwork.
This energy-saving measure prevents heat from escaping, helping to keep your home warmer for longer and significantly cutting your energy bills. Because ThermaBead does not absorb water, it’s ideal for exposed locations where wind-driven rain may hit the external walls.
Installation is quick and non-intrusive. Our trained technicians drill small holes into the mortar joints on the external walls and inject the cavity with bonded polystyrene beads. The entire process is carried out from outside the property, meaning no disruption to your home or daily routine.
Once complete, the holes are filled and colour-matched to blend in with your brickwork. You'll benefit from improved thermal efficiency, lower energy costs, and a more comfortable living environment.
All cavity wall insulation work is covered by a 25-year guarantee, giving you long-term peace of mind.
You may also qualify for government funding through schemes like ECO4, GBIS, or other retrofit grants. This means your cavity wall insulation could be installed free of charge.
