We offer local apprenticeships across a range of trades and disciplines. Many of our apprentices go on to secure full-time roles within Broad Oak Group, building stable, long-term careers that stay within the community.

We actively recruit from the communities we serve. When we visit homes or estates, we look for ways to engage with unemployed residents and help them access employment or training opportunities within our business or through our partners.
