Administrative Co-ordinator Submissions
Responsibilities:

Administration of installation records.
-
Liaise with Management, Work Operatives, External Companies and Retrofit Coordinators.

Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member, using initiative and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a calm, well organised and methodical manner.

Download allocated jobs from the server.

Check job paperwork for compliance to meet OFGEM Guidance and Funder/Council requirements.

Update status of job on shared spreadsheet with office.

Collate, submit and maintain required administrative information and installation data.

Full training and support will be given, experience in a managerial role would be advantageous but not essential.
