Whole-House Retrofit for Housing Plus Group
Client: Housing Plus Group
Delivery Partner: Broad Oak Group
Completed: Spring 2024
Location: South Staffordshire

Broad Oak Group was commissioned by Housing Plus Group to carry out a comprehensive whole-house retrofit on four homes in semi-rural South Staffordshire. With the nearby West Midlands Interchange development underway, the project had a dual focus: improving energy efficiency and reducing potential future noise impacts for residents.
Alongside these core goals, we were also tasked with carrying out preventative repairs, including chimney repointing, roofing works, and external environmental upgrades.
